Context: An immaculately restored villa with manicured grounds.
Brief: A multi-functional space to integrate seamlessly with a new pool and landscaping, offering modern conveniences while still being in keeping with the villa style of the home.
Response: Echoing the roofline and cladding of the villa to which it adjoins, this space could serve not only as a pool house, but also guest accommodation or a home gym. Bifold doors allow the space to become entirely open on two sides. Clever placement of the required fencing allows the pool to be easily accessed from the space, and gives the area a boutique resort-like feel.
